Compensation Program Guiding Principles:
EQUITY: We believe that internal equity is foundational. We ensure that employees within the same role are compensated equitably, having considered factors such as years of professional experience outside of and at Atlas, and demonstrated job performance results. Differences should not exist based on gender, race, and other demographic categories.
PREDICTABILITY: We believe predictability for our community is important. Predictability allows for continuity, which means we have visibility into our hiring needs, staff know what their compensation potential looks like as they grow at Atlas, and that financial sustainability is key. We work to project our staffing expenses multiple years in advance to ensure we are operating in a fiscally responsible way and our organization is built to last.
CLARITY: We believe that our staff members deserve to understand our compensation philosophy as an organization and what drives their overall compensation package. We work to provide transparency so that our staff feel confident that their compensation is competitive and equitable.
