Withdrawal Guidelines

Family and Student Responsibilities & Process

To complete the withdrawal process, each student’s family must:

  • Notify the school of their formal withdrawal

  • Complete an exit interview with the Enrollment Office 

  • Completed the withdrawal checklist and received appropriate signatures/approval

*Failure to complete this process may result in the student’s records being withheld

Staff and School Responsibilities

  • Each student’s Advisor is responsible for informing the enrollment office regarding the student looking to withdraw.

  • It is the responsibility of the Advisor to monitor student attendance and confirm with the family if there are concerns about enrollment or attendance.

  • The Enrollment Office will contact the family to schedule an appointment and complete a withdrawal exit interview form for each student.

If there are any concerns about a student withdrawing, and someone other than the Advisor is aware:

Email the Enrollment Office at admissions@atlasprep.org or notify the Office Manager in your building, who will then follow up with the Advisor to confirm or deny the student’s enrollment/withdrawal status.
