We’re sending a huge thank-you to Calley, our incredible Director of Development, for her tireless dedication and vision! 🌟

Did you know that public funding falls $2,009 short of what it takes to provide an Atlas student with the supplies, facilities, and support they need throughout the year? That's where Calley steps in! She secured the BEST Grant that made our new middle school possible, fundraises for our Atlas Food Pantry, and manages grants supporting our health, wellness, and post-secondary programs.

She also leads our capital campaigns, working with our local Colorado Springs community, introducing potential donors to the Atlas mission, and ensuring Atlas continues to grow and serve students for years to come.

Please join us in congratulating Mr. Mena, Assistant Principal at Atlas Elementary, and Mrs. Burgos, our incredible Front Office Manager, for completing the Adelante Leadership Institute Class of 2025! 👏

The Adelante Leadership Institute (ALI) is a 10-month program that develops a pipeline of qualified Latino, Latina, and underrepresented leaders prepared to serve on nonprofit boards, commissions, and in executive and civic leadership roles. Through professional development, mentorship, and civic engagement, ALI empowers leaders to make a lasting impact in the Pikes Peak region.

Thanks to Joe Aldaz, President and CEO of the Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, for leading this important program.
